2014
Hi, hope you all had a happy and fun New Years Eve!
Finally getting ready to head back to work and start of 2014!
My neck is feeling better the less I do the better seams it does not like it when Mark try's to lift too much. PT and surgeon this week and a sign off for work.
Spent some time up in NH. We had fun!
Heather and Carter skied while Owen and I watched and walked along with them.
We had a good weekend up!
Big storm came in last week. Hit us for a good 10-16". Lots of snow now.
Santa missed it by a week.

Still on the Mend
I think I need to start walking or something. I still feel terrible in the mornings? Must be that I am not sleeping well.
Hope all is getting ready for Santa. I have been keeping busy at the house resting, reading a good book, Killing Lincon. Very interesting. Finding little things to do to keep from going mad, you collect a lot of stuff over the years. Have only left the house a few times still no driving. Surprised how much your whole body can be affected by a sore neck.
Anyway hope everyone is well.
Cheers.

Staples Out!
Yesterday I got my staples out. Yeah !
Still need the collar for everything but sleeping.
Things are pretty swollen and tender.
I go back in 3 weeks for an X-ray to see how things are healing. Then maybe I can drive.
Still feel lousy in the morning. Like I fell down some stairs then better as the day rolls on. At about 3-4 I start to crash and need more meds the muscle spasms are pretty bad.
All is going pretty well. Starting to talk to myself, ha ha. Not that I didn't before.
Hope all are well.
Thanks again
Mark
